Ink & Varnishes

  • All our inks are vegetable-based and therefore produced from renewable resources. This also makes our printed products easier to de-ink when it comes time to recycle them.
  • Ink and fountain solutions are carefully collected and disposed of in a safe, controlled manner.
  • Varnishes – whether matte, gloss or satin are water based and are biodegradable.
  • Solutions used to clean presses and blankets contain the lowest amount of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). Reducing VOCs is critical to smog reduction.
